Our escargots come not from snail farms, but from the very nature, where they’re picked up in the fields.
They’re transported to our manufacturing facilities by our fleet of fridge trucks, where they go through an initial washing process before heading to our cookers. Once they’re cooked, they’re selected and readied.
We keep them in cold storage and our freezing chambers.
We package them in different containers and sized, ready for our clients and their needs.
Our processing manufacture takes place in the most modern facilities, with a liquid nitrogen tunnel, autoclave, cold storage, sorting machines and cookers where we follow the strictest sanitary regulations, ISO14001, ISO22000 and IFS Food.
